**What do you like best about Pleo?**

The Pleo app is great for managing expenses, ploading receipts and tracking personal expenditure. I like the Pleo pockets function for reimbursing employee expenses and the invoicing tools for paying supplier invoices. Pleo instant chat feature is really quick and useful. Both the app and website are very user friendly and easily implemented. Our company uses Pleo daily for all purchases.

I have experienced issues with syncing categories into Xero.

Pleo is saving our company money and time processing expenses claims and reimbursing employees.

It's pretty intuitive and easy to use and learn to use for simple things like payments and reimbursements.

**What do you dislike about Pleo?**

I don't like how it reads green receipts automatically it always says it's the Autoridade Trib. in Portugal - that's a small thing that can be fixed but could save me a minute of filling out manually always
another thing is that it doesn't allow to download reports filtered through subjects at least not easily

**What problems is Pleo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves having all my invoices and most my expenses in there, it doesn't really allow for direct debit with Portuguese national companies but it does with everything else, so it helps to keep my bookkeeping in one place for the most part

Virtual cards are helpful in managing spend across the team. It's also easy to see how much you've spent vs allowance, and to allocate spend to different areas. The UI is great too!

**What do you dislike about Pleo?**

Nothing much. It can be a little slow at times but that's all. Other than that it's great.

**What problems is Pleo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pleo makes expenses easy. You can very easily upload receipts when you make a purchase, track spend and allocate it to the right areas. It's easy for managers to review too (apparently!)

The product is very good and easy to use, with lots of useful features.

Local limits on ATM withdrawals. Charges per additional card and charges remain on cards once cancelled.

We have a number of house were we provide care services. Each has a monthly budget to run the house including food, activities etc.. This requires a lot of oversight, Pleo enable us to put in place budgets and over see spend, whilst keeping records for accounting purposes.

I love the fetch feature Pleo has. It saves me time uploading receipts manually.

There is hardly anything negative. I might be good to have a feature where expenses get automatically posted in Xero.

Pleo allows us to manage all expenses in one place. It's easy to add Pleo cards to mobile wallets and upload receipts directly through the app. Before we started using Pleo, it was difficult to track down employee receipts, and many were often missing.

Pleo is very helpful in that it helps keep track of all your spending, the fact you can take a picture of your receipt helps to keep track of them and gives you piece of mind.

**What do you like best about Pleo?**

Pleo has been really helpful for managing employee expenses and handling monthly/annual subscriptions. I was recently given a card by my employers when I went to an event and found it very straightforward - you can take a picture of the receipt in the app and you get a notification if an expense doesn't have a receipt. We used to reimburse employees monthly, which was time-consuming, but switching to Pleo was simple and it's been much more efficient - I now log in a few times a week for 20 mins at most. The Xero integration is also a big plus, helping keep records accurate and reducing manual errors. I've had one issue in the past, but the customer support team found a solution in under 24 hours!

**What do you dislike about Pleo?**

The main downside of Pleo I've found  is that if the un-exported transactions build up, the software can become quite laggy. Other than that I have no complaints

**What problems is Pleo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pleo is saving me time by reducing the admin time required for reimbursing employees, manual data entry, and receipt chasing. It also reduces the risk of human error when copying values across into our accounting software, and helps to track employee spending and set limits.

Pleo is a great tool for employees, however form the back end there are still many areas of improvement. Specifically from the reporting perspective. Ie. Reimbursements reporting still requires a lot of manual intervention, inability to export for periods greater than 18 months, team no longer to upload receipts post items being exported etc.

Design - the app on both desktop and phones is extremely easy to use and pick up quickly for users & admins. Easy to implement into our business and accounting system.

Lack of customisation - some very obvious improvements that could be made which other apps have. The mileage function is borderline not fit for use with the need to continuously monitor each users total mileage and move each person to new custom rates every year..

Real-time tracking/submission of expenses compared to previous dump of data at the end of each period. Receipt submission - previously very manual, now very easy for both users and admins.

Pleo guides you through every step. Easy and enjoyable to use. Quick payments with virtual cards, receipts uploaded in seconds and timely reminders keep everyone on track. I always have a clear overview of team spend without extra effort.

Honestly, no real downsides so far. No blockers to mention.

Pleo helps our accounts team to be focused on their job, as they do not need to be chased for receipts, and it is very easy to do. This helps us to maintain the expenses paid on time, easy to import easily, and use it easily.

So simple and easy to use and understand. It's clear what tasks must be done and how to use the card. Also love that it sometimes automatically knows what category the spend is in (i.e. recognises car parks!).

I've struggled to use the 'fetch' email send feature, and would love it if it could link other email accounts to Pleo, as I have a different email for car parking and other shops!

Beforehand I'd have to use an outdated online platform that was slow and complicated. Now I can instantly snap my receipts on the app and it's SO much quicker! I can also see a summary of spending much quicker and easier!

it is not easy to connect to other accounting tools exam- Microsoft D365 and i miss  on PLEO side a direct contact (human) with some one who is an accountant and not a sales man

**What do you like best about Pleo?**

To see very quick the expenses, to get them categorized and have an interface to our ERP system. To add new employees to the system ist very easy and the employees like the app.
The administration of our employees' travel expenses is simple and the statutory meal allowances are automatically applied.

**What do you dislike about Pleo?**

The cost structure of Pleo could be revised. It is more expensive as an full HR tool and a separate credit card tool

**What problems is Pleo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pleo helps us to ensure that employees do not have to incur private expenses and organises travel expense reports in the simplest possible way

**What do you like best about Pleo?**

Most helpful in Pleo has been the integration from credit cards to an App that automatically tracks and reminds users to upload the receipts. It is very easy to use, so that even those resistent to change adapted quickly. The personal customer support convinced us to quickly scale the use.

**What do you dislike about Pleo?**

There are some smaller flaws in the implementation, it seems that the Multi-Entity-Function is not fully integrated into the system. It would be helpful to have a few security features added, especially in the area of invoice payment. I miss the option of integrated direct debits.

**What problems is Pleo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We finally have an easy-to-use system that all our members and volunteers can use to manage the expenses, hand in their reports and automatize the accounting. Before Pleo, almost all of this was done by hand, so by now we save more than 50% of time for bookkeeping and receipt searching.

**What do you like best about Pleo?**

The payments from PLEO reach our employees and suppliers in no time. The Mastercard is accepted everywhere without any issues, and the wallet can be automatically managed through targeted settings. PLEO is used multiple times daily and so far there have been no problems. Therefore, customer support has not been necessary. We implemented the introduction of PLEO on our own without difficulties and plan to expand its use further.

**What do you dislike about Pleo?**

The data analysis cannot be broken down into individual bookings by clicking. Our contractual cash-back cannot be currently displayed.

**What problems is Pleo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PLEO ensured the security of card payments at META by providing interim financing for direct debits until they were settled, which was crucial for us in implementing payment through PLEO.

From an accountants perspective, Pleo offers everything we need from an expense card. It's easy for employees to use the app, upload receipts and classify their expenses.

The data exports are easily uploaded to the accounting software.
