Multi channel infrastructure, edetailer, data & tracking, customization of features, support scope and cost effectiveness

**What do you dislike about Platforce CRM?**

can be easier to use for traditional reps. certain customization can be "expensive".

**What problems is Platforce CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

visibility to field activities is now available for better business decisions. easier way to manage GDPR consent and admin works. empower the field force to engage with HCPs more effectively and interactively. build on the image of innovation as a company.
