**What do you like best about Plat4Mation Graphs4U?**

Plat4Mation Graphs4U has made it very easy for me to design reports and dashboards by just dragging the data fields and the charts on the workspace. This visual way of creating reports is much easier than writing the complex SQL queries for instance.

**What do you dislike about Plat4Mation Graphs4U?**

Specific data points are not easily analysed on Plat4Mation Graphs4U. It restricts me to either have to export the data in order to gain deeper analysis or switch to a different reporting tool to some how enhance the initial visuals of the data.

**What problems is Plat4Mation Graphs4U solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Plat4Mation Graphs4U has done a great job in turning my ServiceNow data into easy to understand reports and dashboards. This means that I can easily produce reports and disseminate them to different stakeholders, everyone is thus up to date.
