What do you like best?

Ability to easily add as many lanes as needed.

Ability to post comments and retain them in chronological order.

I like that we can add our own gif's for personalizing our profile.

What do you dislike?

If I had to pick something that I dislike, it would be the email notifications. Right now we have a rapidly moving environment due to a migration to a new ERP package, Notifications via email are a good thing, but they can be confusing based on the project ID and short text and they can clutter up the inbox. Recommendations to others considering the product:

Price is good for the value received from the software.

The software has the necessary functionality to use in an Agile environment.

Personalization and ability to create swim lanes to your hearts content allows you to get as segmented and detailed as you want....or keep it simple and effective to meet your own development environment's requirements. We are a small company with a handful of developers, but we can easily segment out the work for different areas/servers/platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exactly what I was looking for!"

What do you like best?

What I like best:

-Ease of use

-Mobile app allows for much more flexibility

What do you dislike?

There's not much to dislike! With several levels of service, you can pay for exactly what you need and always upgrade later if you change you mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Try using a physical board for at least a few months before deciding to go electronic. I think it's important to use a physical board first in order to ingrain the habit and realize the benefits of kanban. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I've been a physical kanban board user for about a year and a half, and I finally decided to make the switch to an electronic board for several reasons. I'm currently managing my job search as well as personal and household tasks with my board, and I couldn't be happier with how easy LeanKit is to use.
