I also like their portfolio visibility, resource capacity planning and prioritisation features and other executive-level reporting. Overall, this makes this platform's performance very efficient, and this platform gives our leadership a clear view of our investments and project health, risk and other resource utilisation across every cross functional teams in our organisation. **What do you dislike about Planview AgilePlace?** Though this platform is very much effective, there are certain complex learning curves involved, specifically for new users, the initial configuration and portfolio setup are a bit complex, and some advanced reporting or even customisation requirements may require additional expertise, which overall makes the onboarding and reporting experience bit of a hassle. **What problems is Planview AgilePlace solving and how is that benefiting you?** This platform helps us right from prioritising initiatives based on its strategic values and also to balance our resource capacity against demand, which improves the overall portfolio visibility and makes better investment decisions. Instead of managing projects in disconnected spreadsheets and tools, we can have a centralised system which improves governance, forecasting, resource allocation and other executive reporting features. Overall, this improves our performance in project planning. ### 2. The interface is very easy to understand, which makes coaching a lot easier. The automation feature is awesome, and I use custom automations and lane policies for effective board management and card notifications. This helps drive governance and keeps me updated on specific changes to the boards or cards that might require actions. The initial setup was also very easy. **What do you dislike about Planview AgilePlace?** I'm not able to preset the list view after selecting and arranging the custom fields I'm interested in. It would be nice to have the ability to save the sorting/filtering arrangements of specific fields for easy reporting. Also, I've attempted some connections with other tools, but for some reason, they're not yet released. **What problems is Planview AgilePlace solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Planview AgilePlace for portfolio demand intake, prioritizing digital and AI initiatives, and managing projects. Its flexibility, automation, and easy interface enhance my workflow, making board management and notifications efficient. ### 3. It's very intuitive and ours users only need minimal training to get up to speed. **What do you dislike about Planview AgilePlace?** The built in OKR functionality is harder to use. When we demoed it to a new group of users, they were not impressed. We actually ended up going with a different solution for OKRs **What problems is Planview AgilePlace solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Scaled Agile Framework as our development process and having a great visual aid for our Agile Release Trains has been a big benefit to our Program Increment (PI) Planning process. ### 5.
