**What do you like best about PlanMinds Ai?**

PlanMinds Ai has completely transformed the way I handle project data by automating tasks that used to require a lot of manual entry. I appreciate the highly organized, searchable database it creates from architectural and structural drawings, design packages, and schedules. The seamless email integration is impressive, acting as a digital project manager by syncing emails and automatically connecting conversations and attachments to projects, turning it into a single source of truth. This has decreased the 'noise' of project administration, making my construction process smoother and more efficient. I love how it organizes everything super well, saving me from having to search and second guess stuff. PlanMinds Ai almost acts like a genius, 'know it all' assistant, making my job more efficient. The initial setup was very easy, which I found helpful.

As it is still in its early stages, as they develop the app further the ease of use will improve.
