**What do you like best about Pilera Property Management?**

That the unit owners can self serve by doing their own work orders and enter contacts.

**What do you dislike about Pilera Property Management?**

That all owners do not see all of the work orders to their units.  That you must enter an individual name to see contacts, not just the unit number.  It is very hard to research issues. 

No search feature on the website and no bulletin board so unit owners are not using the website as much and asking for me to purchase additional software to announce clubs and group activities and cancellations.  On the old site, you could subscribe to a group and receive all updates.

**Recommendations to others considering Pilera Property Management:**

Be prepared for the Welcome messages to go to spam or junk and train, train, train, your unit owners.

**What problems is Pilera Property Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stopping employees from having to enter work orders.  Now the unit owner enters them, we print them and distribute them to the workers.
