**What do you like best about Pilat Performance Management?**

One of the positive aspects of PILAT is its very intuitive and easy-to-use interface. We can also have the possibility to send messages between the work team and comments to the managers directly. This is very positive for us users.

**What do you dislike about Pilat Performance Management?**

The biggest disadvantage is that the recruitment and learning management functions are not incorporated into the software.

Pilat offers you customizable and non-customizable management solutions designed to help maximize the potential of your employees. Its software is very intuitive and based on the cloud. I recommend it 100%
