Update: 2025 - since the original recommendation we have implemented scheduling automation and high volume hiring solutions. These have brought significant efficiencies to our recruiting and hiring team and improved our overall employee first time show up rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our business has several very unique use case needs that are not out of the box solutions and require special enhancements or development work. However this is not a true dislike as this is common for most vendors we work with, and Phenom is very collaborative in moving the needle forward.
