**What do you like best about Jolly?**

We looked at Perry as a reward app for our caregivers to help us engage a remote workforce and to help them feel appreciated with the goal of retention. We find that Perry both engages our workforce and shows the caregivers we appreciate them, but Perry also rewards caregivers for needed behaviors that help the business, things like clocking in and out on time, staying for the full scheduled time, and using EVV.  All of these things help .our overall business operations.  We love that Perry sends our caregivers a survey each week, which really helps with engagement and satisfaction  An added perk is that caregivers can share job listings via text or social media allowing them to help in recruitment.
We use spot rewards to award extra points to caregivers for things like being mentioned by a client or picking up a last minute shift.  When giving these extra points, we often have caregivers thanking us for thanking them!  Caregivers are loving earning gift cards for doing a good job at work!  
The Perry team has been so great to work with as we were getting the system set up for our agency.   Overall, using Perry has been a great experience from a business operations AND a caregiver perspective!

**What do you dislike about Jolly?**

Being able to have caregivers share links to available jobs within our company is a huge benefit of this program.  It would be great if we could track applicants a bit more automatically.  There have been improvements in this area since we started with Perry, but this is one area that more automation would be a benefit to us.

**What problems is Jolly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a fair and consistent way to reward caregivers in the home care industry is huge.  This system takes away any bias and rewards caregivers for behaviors we need from them without someone from the office team having to remember to do it.  Engagement with a remote workforce is so difficult.  Perry helps our business have a pulse on our workforce, show them appreciation, and engage with them in general.

**What do you like best about Jolly?**

We love Perry’s innovative approach to increasing EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) compliance through targeted incentives. Prior to Perry, we had to beg our caregivers to use the mobile app to clock-in and out, but once they realized they could earn points just by clocking-in and out using the mobile app, they caught on quickly. Perry's ability to address behaviors related to EVV has not only streamlined our operations, but has also enhanced the overall quality of care delivered. Our Representive Danny is absolutley AMAZING!!!!!!!

**What do you dislike about Jolly?**

We are super happy with the EVV results that we’ve seen and the increased data visibility, but we wish we could see even more data. We have made feature requests to the team, and it seems that they take the feedback seriously.

**What problems is Jolly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our primary pain point was EVV compliance as it was recently introduced and our healthcare workers find change difficult at times. With Perry, we were able to modify these behaviors when employees go to shifts by automatically rewarding points, and we’ve seen a direct increase in our compliance rates and are able to recognize revenue faster. Other benefits also include higher efficiency of our caregiver operations, better quality of care, and higher employee satisfaction.

**What do you like best about Jolly?**

My company (a large employer of home care workers) introduced Perry Points late last year as a rewards system, and it has been nothing short of amazing! I'm able to receive points for doing my day to day tasks such as submitting visit notes, taking care of of my daily visits, or filling out a survey. 

One of the best parts is that the rewards immediately hit my account, which I am then able to redeem at retailers such at Target. Perry also customizes the app to our agency's brand so it helps build a sense of teamwork and celebration across the company that I did not feel before. I really can't imagine doing my job without Perry now, and am so happy we're partnering with them!

**What do you dislike about Jolly?**

Not something I dislike but I do wish there were more mission options provided from our agency

**What problems is Jolly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main benefit is that I'm getting instantly rewarded for the work that I am doing (even the small tasks such as daily check-ins), which makes me feel much more appreciated. I feel much more engaged, connected with my team, and am more motivated to go the extra mile. Having this recognition model has been very motivating and makes me excited to hit milestones at work.

**What do you like best about Jolly?**

There have been so many benefits to our organization since we started working with Perry. A few of the pain points that we face at Community Health are employee incentives, referrals and data collection. Perry has provided us an easy way for us to incentivize and appreciate our caregivers for going above and beyond their normal duties. Perry has led to improved clock in/clock out data through HHAeXchange, and we’ve been able to reach out to caregivers who have provided answers through their surveys. On top of improved data collection, we’ve seen an increase in referrals due to ease of use, both on our side and the caregiver’s side. Lastly, we really appreciate Perry’s willingness to work with us to improve or modify our web app.

Perry is a growing company, and they consistently release new updates and features. With this, some features that we used like exporting a gift card report have been removed as new versions are released. The Perry team sends us these reports manually for now, but they've taken our feedback and are currently working on a fix to adding back these report exports.

What problems is Perry solving and how is it benefiting you?
Prior to using Perry, we had no incentive rewards program. All bonuses and rewards were manually tracked and given out to caregivers. Perry provides an automated incentive program with robust data analytics that have given us invaluable insights into our caregiver base. From referrals to timeliness to caregiver satisfaction, we’ve seen improvements across the board, and I know that Perry will continue to aid us in employee retention, satisfaction, and growth.

**What do you like best about Jolly?**

Perry allows us to reward our employees without using the word Bonus! We can spot-reward employees for just about anything positive. The other employees can also see what spot rewards are earned by others and encourage them to get them as well.

I would like to see it integrated into the Axiscare system somehow. I know sky well as something similar, and it is all under their one app.

**What do you like best about Jolly?**

Perry is a fantastic incentive program for our employees.  They love being rewarded with giftcards and we love the increased compliance with clocking in/out on time.  We love the ability to customize challenges and offer on-the-spot rewards to employees who go above and beyond.  The Perry team is great! Very responsive, helpful, and friendly.  We were hesitant to get involved at first, but during our first meeting I was immediately impressed by their knowledge of the homecare industry and their insight into how to engage our employees.  In a field where compensating employees is limited by low service reimbursement rates, Perry is an affordable way to make caregivers feel appreciated and recognized for their efforts.  I would highly recommend Perry!

We initially had a few hiccups, particularly when our scheduling program had updates, but the Perry team quickly addressed those issues and everything has been running quite smoothly!

We've experienced improved compliance with clocking in/out on time because the caregivers know they're being rewarded for it.  We also initially experienced an uptick in employee referrals.  Our ability to customize challenges has allowed us to review important policies with employees.

**What do you like best about Jolly?**

Implementing the Perry rewards program has allowed us to recognize and reward caregiver behavior, resulting in the number of missed shifts decreasing week over week. This has led to an overall improvement to our revenue. Perry has enabled us to improve overall caregiver experience and engagement with our agency which has resulted in a 95% retention rate in the first year.

Perry is a fantastic technology partner. They tailor their incentives and rewards program to fit my specific needs, and they’re always receptive to feedback and new ideas. Their easy-to-use and intuitive interface makes it easy for all of my staff to use the program, and their quick and reliable support team takes the burden of answering questions off of my plate.

**What do you dislike about Jolly?**

As Perry is a fast growing company, they are continuously releasing new features which are sometimes hard to keep up with. However the new product improvements are always well received by our staff and caregivers alike. In addition the Perry team is very proactive in taking the time to train us on all the updates.

**What problems is Jolly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our industry’s biggest problems are staff retention and recruiting, and Perry is solving both through their gamified software solution. Our staff is incentivized to pick up additional shifts, show up on time, and refer their friends after using Perry. The best part is that it’s no extra work for our staff - they earn redeemable points for doing a great job at work, and our employees love using it!
