Perry allows us to reward our employees without using the word Bonus! We can spot-reward employees for just about anything positive. The other employees can also see what spot rewards are earned by others and encourage them to get them as well.

We love Perry’s innovative approach to increasing EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) compliance through targeted incentives. Prior to Perry, we had to beg our caregivers to use the mobile app to clock-in and out, but once they realized they could earn points just by clocking-in and out using the mobile app, they caught on quickly. Perry's ability to address behaviors related to EVV has not only streamlined our operations, but has also enhanced the overall quality of care delivered.
