What do you like best about Performly?

The user interface is very user-friendly. The dashboard is very precise and informative. Having AI incorporated in this is the bonus. Performance Management is very important for any organization, having a sophisticated application makes it all the way better. Performly does just that, it captures the feedback, can track real-time data, has 360-degree feedback, has lots of customizable templates, generates reports, and a lot more.
