**Describe the project or task Performics helped with:**

They were supposed to help with paid media campaigns.

**What do you like best about Performics?**

We don't have to deal with them more than once a week usually.

**What do you dislike about Performics?**

They do not offer much. All they do is press the 'launch' button of the campaigns. They do not create the content or think of the targeting; the client has to do that. They do not obey our suggestions in terms of ad formats. After one year of working with them, they still do not understand our target audience and key personas despite multiple working sessions. They will not grant us access to Google ads. Their idea of reporting is to use the Google Data Studio templates. A recent campaign resulted in over 100 junk leads.

**Recommendations to others considering Performics:**

Figure out exactly what their scope of work would be and whether you'd be working with their junior team or not.

**What problems is Performics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apparently, we didn't have enough digital marketing talent in-house when they made the decision to work with them. There haven't been too many benefits besides a few leads here and there.
