# How are you using Perdoo to monitor OKRs across many teams and initiatives?

Perdoo has been genuinely useful for monitoring our company OKRs and viewing all the related OKRs in one place. The simple, clean UX combined with the AI support makes the tool easy to adopt, even for people who are new to working with objectives and key results. We recently implemented a QBR/OKR system to better coordinate a large organization with many initiatives, departments, and cross-functional teams, and Perdoo has been a big help in making that process run more smoothly and transparently. Having a single source of truth means everyone can see how their work ladders up to the broader strategy, which has reduced a lot of the back-and-forth we used to have.
For those of you who are also using Perdoo at scale: what setup, cadences, or habits have helped you keep OKRs aligned across many teams without adding extra reporting overhead? I'd love to hear how others structure their reviews, ownership, and check-ins to keep things lightweight but consistent.
