The layout is fun and good to manage to track against OKR progress. It tailors very nicely to wider company OKRs. The product helps a lot in the first stage of OKRs and that is planning with map out. Perdoo is very easy to use, fast and fun. You can document your status and that way keep track of everything under one roof. I think that the strongest point is that you go beyond team and that Perdoo enables connecting and tailroring to bigger organizational picture in a very easy, fun and effiectent way. Great visualization, reporting are also good to mention. **What do you dislike about Perdoo?** Comparing previous periods could take a bit, the current progress is very well shown but to see see the previous insights is a bit lacking. I am not sure is calculation on % progress done and targets options feel a bit limiting. **What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We work with OKRs and it helps us to follow up on the progress in a very efficient way. Visually it is easy and fun and clean tool. Alignment across our team and tracking the progress of team. Checking OKRs is very powerful, and fast so we don't lose time in updating some documents or spreadsheets. ### 14. It visualizes how our company vision is broken into strategic pillars, resulting in company-wide goals/OKRs, which cascade into department-, team-, and individual-OKRs. Having a visualization of how the work of every single person in our company contributes to the success of our business is incredibly powerful. For me, the OKR process has two major critical elements that determine the quality: Planning & Updating. - Planning good OKRs is key to success and Perdoo provides tremendous guidance within their tool. When drafting Key Results the product understands a KR actually sounds like an initiative. It provides further guidance with template Key Results that make the life of many first-time OKR users much easier (and mine as well). - Updates from all our OKR owners (for us bi-weekly) is also something Perdoo mastered in their product. The Check-In functionality let our OKR owner update their progress with just one click. Some of our OKRs were even automated using a GSheet integration that was connected to various sources (e.g. Hubspot). The team goes the extra mile and beyond, listened to our individual needs, and constantly launched new functionality that felt like it was tailored to our needs. Most information you find on OKRs online is quite high-level; the Perdoo knowledge base provides in-depth high-quality content that goes way beyond the typical SEO bullshit game and actually helped us many times. **What do you dislike about Perdoo?** The KPI functionality got launched recently and is an incredible add-on. Connecting OKRs to KPIs that are under target is a functionality I haven't found with any other tool so far. For our purposes though (with KPIs being the most critical performance tool and having had a very solid system in place already), we never moved our KPI reporting to Perdoo since the flexibility for our custom system was not there yet. **What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Translating strategic planning and aspirational goals into tangible OKRs. But Perdoo has one disadvantage - copying OKR with a saving of achieved points is impossible. I have experienced that things are not fully working, and I would imagine these things could have been found somewhat easily in a test. Their regular roadmap updates continue to make the experience of tracking metrics more compelling and team oriented. **What do you dislike about Perdoo?** Logging metric updates can be labor intensive, and perdoo suffers from the same thing that KPI/OKR rollouts can suffer from in general - users can just participate without investing through them and can be overly rigid rather than adaptive and curious about their data. That said Perdoo does a solid job of coaching and training. **What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Perdoo is helping my management team and m have transparent and linked objectives and data-oriented discussions. Generally, it has improved our managed coordination and quality. Perdoo has also helped us trim fat by adding a vehicle for the inspection of strategic plans and the focus on the timing of results. ### 35. Good visualization of curret objectives and results, easy to see lacks and strong sides of team and change priorities. **What do you dislike about Perdoo?** some problems with tracking. annoying alerts symbols if you not update result or initiative,even if nothing done, you need to open and save same values. No capability to alert somebody responsible for result or initiative to update it or provide some comments. But this is not so important problems. Groups are easy to create and add contributing members. **What do you dislike about Perdoo?** Other users not checking in; although this isn't a drawback to the platform, we still get emails with progress updates and a lot of wasted space because the emails are formatted as if the other team members had checked in, which is a Perdoo control option. Being in IT, I might also be more critical of platform layout ;) **What problems is Perdoo solving and how is that benefiting you?** New check-in glitch; this issue was cleared literally within an hour and may have been an issue with an update they were pushing.
