It's difficult to think of negative aspects of Peopletrail, since they get right almost everything that is usually a pain point when ordering background checks. All of their customer support is based in the US...and they actually answer the phones! They perform thorough searches, way beyond the typical database searches that you'll see from other companies. Peopletrail is clear about what products and services they are offering. At times, there can be a bit of mysticism with regard to what searches/services are actually being provided on each check. There isn't currently a fluent French speaker on the fulfillment team which would be beneficial for certain Canadian verifications. However, they have used translation softwares which worked satisfactorily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
