Powerful tool with many functionalities. Works well when configured. Great consultant (Jon Dahl) working with us

**What do you dislike about PeopleFluent Compensation?**

Many interfaces with our core HR system to maintain. Need PF consultant for most of our configuration and issue solving. Complex tool. Only use one time per year (bonus + merit campaign)

**What problems is PeopleFluent Compensation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation of our bonus and merit campaigns - great experience for end users and replacing manual work (Excel)

When starting my HR position, this software was one of the most difficult things to get a handle of but once I did, it helped so much to get a lot of tasks done
