It didn't integrate to our CRM or financial system , didn't have the ability to account for non standard pricing, didn;'t allow for the automatic creation of invoices, didn;t allow for upsell/addition of new products to the clients portfolio, didn;t allow for payments to be made by credit card and didn't allow for the client to view any invoices. **What do you dislike about PeakCommerce?** The implementation process was slow but I feel that was more due to our requirements and our ERP requirements then to the product itself. **What problems is PeakCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** PeakCommerce automated many features our revenue ops team had to manually process prior. It also decreased the number of quotes our sales team had to manually process as our sales team could send clients to input their renewal numbers through the portal. This let them focus on key accounts and selling additional products and services . ### 9. As new products or prices were added to the catalog, we were able to adjust the website's logic to match. Information flowed reliably between CRM and site. **What do you dislike about PeakCommerce?** Our specific business model has several quirks that were initially difficult to replicate. This cost extra setup time upfront. **What problems is PeakCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** In addition to the additional team bandwidth created by automation (as mentioned above), it was also beneficial to be able to take a la carte payments for any purchase, pre-existing or not, from any customer- not just those who actually used the site to make a purchase. Much of our market tends towards doing business in an analog way, but we have been ready in advance as they move forward technologically on their end. ### 10. It is also highly customizable and was able to meet our aesthetic needs in addition to the industry specific nuance. Finally the information flow between the platform and SalesForce CRM was instantaneous, offering timely and reliable metrics for either scheduled reporting or ad-hoc instances. **What do you dislike about PeakCommerce?** I would say the initial set up took more time than expected but perhaps it had to do with our extremely specific system requirements necessary for that industry. **What problems is PeakCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to offload the capacity of our sales staff by pushing some of their day-to-day interaction with customers to the self-service platform. We also wanted to have immediate campaign metrics and other revenue and product utilization data. We had significant success, at one point having 80% of customers accessing and using the e-commernce self-service platform for their renewal and expansion needs. ### 11.
