I love being able to upload a blank form or application and entering the data needed. I love the highlight feature and the erase feature. I like being able to change the font and color of font, which is important for making urgent items stand out by using red. I like the user interface of pdfFiller, which I find pretty intuitive. It’s also cheaper than Adobe products like Adobe Plus or Adobe Editor, which is great for my basic needs. I guess most recently, there was a PDF file that broke up into six quadrants, instead of me being able to type text into a text box. It kept on selecting separate quadrants like it was an image instead of a written file. This happened one time recently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the fillables don't align correctly. Occasionally I open a fillable document, and all of the fillable lines are skewed to the left and don't line up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use pdfFiller for work to edit documents manually, which is great because I can click on a line and have the font and color match exactly. I really like being able to edit documents so that the font and color match perfectly. Merging documents is a nice feature, and I appreciate being able to use the Esign option without any extra cost. Sometimes if I click on text it will change the font and I can't figure out how to change it to the rest of what is on the page. Also, if the box is bigger than the text it will leave a blank spot out of the field. The verified signature date isn’t shown in the UK format (dd/mm/yyyy), which is important when I’m signing legal documents.

Also, there’s no measuring tool. I work with architectural drawings, and it would be really helpful to be able to measure the height and width of a drawing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Filling out forms that I can convert into PDF files is much easier than handwriting them. I also like the fax interface, since we don’t have a fax machine in the office.
