**What do you like best about PCC Pediatric Solution?**

PCC continually strives to improve processes to an already efficient EHR system. Their customer support is the best I have ever worked with.

**What do you dislike about PCC Pediatric Solution?**

I think one of the downsides to PCC is not having a way to integrate patient forms seamlessly without paying additional money for Chadis.

**What problems is PCC Pediatric Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Third party data transfer such as immunizations to MICR. This is now a two way street which helps to keep our patient's MICR's up-to-date.

Ease of use, logical, easy to navigate, almost everything in one place

You have to go into "Anita" to look up any financial information. That is a hard database to use.
