**What do you like best about Payset?**

What I like best about Payset is how easy it is to use and implement. The platform has a clean, intuitive interface that makes everyday operations simple, even for complex multi-currency transactions.

Customer support is responsive and knowledgeable issues are handled quickly and professionally. I also appreciate the frequency of use; it has become an essential part of our daily workflow.

The range of features continues to expand without sacrificing usability, and the integration process with other systems is smooth, allowing us to connect Payset seamlessly with our business tools and marketing stack.

**What do you dislike about Payset?**

There’s not much to dislike, but I think some areas of the platform could benefit from more automation and smoother UX flows, especially during onboarding and document verification.

Also, reporting and analytics tools could be expanded to provide deeper insights directly within the dashboard, without relying on external systems. These improvements would make the overall experience even more efficient and user-friendly.

**What problems is Payset solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Payset solves the challenge of sending, receiving, and managing money across multiple currencies and regions without the high fees or slow processing times of traditional banks.

It allows businesses like ours to operate globally with one centralized account, simplifying international payments, payroll, and supplier management. This efficiency saves time, reduces costs, and gives us greater control over our financial operations.

Transfers are fast, onboarding was very quick, and the customer support is outstanding.

a card attached to the account could be very nice addition to the product

my business needs the ability to send money inside the EU and also the US, payset provides that.
