DataPeople provides a lot of intuitive assistance with job description verbiage. It also suggests ways to improve the description to be more diverse and inclusive. Having our own custom template to begin with is super helpful and a time saver. I also really appreciate the undo and redo buttons. It allows me to be more productive! There were some recent updates to how the layout is done, so that has been great.
