I can't seem to put in technical skills or "business acumen" or "strong communication skills" or get any suggestions for alternatives

Hi Arifa! Thanks for your note. I wanted to share an article we wrote a few years ago about how soft or unclear skills (things like "business acumen" or "communication skills") negatively impact the diversity and quality of your candidate pool. Technical skills, often referred to as hard skills, are only ever highlighted if there is a disconnect between the job title and the job post. Take a look at the article below and please feel free to reach out to our support email (support@datapeople.io) or use the chatbot and someone from our team will be happy to answer any additional questions you might have. Thanks again!
