Datapeople is responsive to feedback and willing to make changes to make their product better for their customers. I like that it is easy to use with an intuitive interface and that the feedback provided by the tool is easily actionable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While the interface is intuitive overall, some functions are not, such as how to publish a post from within Datapeople. The filters could be improved to allow users to set a default view of their own job posts rather than their entire organization so that there are fewer clicks required to get where you need to go. Datapeople has some features such as "years of experience" and "reporting to" requirements, which are not always relevant for every job type or industry and including candidate diversity rules in each jurisdiction. If scoring could be more focussed on quality of writing, instead of requiring these elements which may discriminate against certain groups of applicants, it would enhance the experience further. It has a really great interface. I like the fact that it gives me a sense of how a job would be expected to perform based upon the information that is uploaded into the job description. It is good to be able to compare how your job is ranked compared to others and to create certain specific metrics on the number that a job should be at before it is posted.
