It's fairly easy to use and set up the Payrexx system with details of your organisation, and being able to create individual pages for different donation campaigns, and the QR Pay is a useful feature. We don't use the platform frequently, but when I do it is fairly intuitive, and when I've requested help the support has always been prompt and relevant. **What do you dislike about Payrexx?** Being able to send automated receipts to donors and payees would be really helpful for us. Also you cannot give payees the option to pay for the platform fees, as with other services. **What problems is Payrexx solving and how is that benefiting you?** Accepting donations ### 2. My account was set up very fast and I was able to accept payments the same day. Very simple and straightforward service and support agents are very friendly and helpful. **What do you dislike about Payrexx?** I Cannot think of anything to dislike with Payrexx **What problems is Payrexx solving and how is that benefiting you?** being able to sell online - increased sales through offering most important payment methods like Visa, Mastercard, ApplePay, SamsungPay, TWINT, PostFinance etc. - fast answer to support inquiries ### 3. It's actually possible to accept credit card payments without any programming skills at all. Very surprising, in a positive way. **What do you dislike about Payrexx?** The fact that I did know about Payrexx by now and not earlier... **Recommendations to others considering Payrexx:** Subscribe for a free account first.
