# How reliable has Payoneer Workforce Management been for getting paid on time?

I’ve appreciated the infrastructure and quality of service in Payoneer Workforce Management, and it feels reliable and efficient. So far, I can’t think of anything I dislike. The biggest benefit for me is getting paid on time and efficiently. How has your experience been with reliability and payment timing, and have you run into any issues?

For me it’s been reliable so far, and I haven’t run into issues with payment timing yet. I’m in Brazil working for a US company, and it’s helped a lot with cross-border payments without getting hit by bad exchange rates or high fees. The fees feel fair and the currency conversion is reasonable, so I keep more of what I earn and don’t have to deal with international transfers on my own.
