Implementation was quicker and easier than expected. The sales rep was excellent - he even facilitated discussions with the CTO during the product discovery phase. We’ve used Expensify, Concur, and Spendesk in the past, and also considered Tipalti. Payhawk is the only one that truly delivers on its promises. The cashback feature helps offset the subscription cost. **What do you dislike about Payhawk?** The onboarding experience didn’t quite match the quality of the product - there wasn’t much hands-on support, and we had to figure out several things on our own. Our initial account manager wasn’t very engaged, but we’ve since been reassigned to our original sales rep, who has been much more proactive in following up, discussing the roadmap, and addressing feature requests.
