"Best Google Workspace Management Tool around."

What do you like best about Patronum?

Simple and intuitive interface makes managing Google Workspace a breeze.

Our first policy was to create a unified email signature, but we quickly expanded and now have Patronum automating almost everything.

We configured onboarding policies that automatically emails new members, and welcomes them to the business, a game changer from where we were before.

Users automatically have access to all the correct resources. Google calendars are added to users calendar view, team members added to Chat Spaces without needing to request access. And Google Groups are tightly controlled.

Our offboarding policies mean that leavers are security removed, while retaining all data, which we store on a central Shared Drive.

The File Sharing section was a massive addition, and help us identify files that had been shared publicly which we then reviewed and unshared via Patronum. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Patronum?

Nothing. Although I wish Google would just buy Patronum, as it's much nicer and easier to use than the Google Admin Console. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Patronum solving and how is that benefiting you?

Patronum has help us change how we welcome new members to our organisation. Everything is fully automated, both on and offboarding.

The surprise from Patronum was how they keep adding new features to the product, File Sharing, and Email Authentication recently added without an increase in price.

What do you like best about Patronum?

Patronum offers many features that SHOULD be native to the Google Workspace experience. Patronum allowed me to do things I could NOT do in G-Drive, and FAST. Google leaves so much to be desired on their design...and Patronum fills in the gaps and makes things EASY. Simple things like exporting a file list or searching for external emails/users is not possible in Google, yet Patronum makes it a breeze. What do you dislike about Patronum?

There were some parts of the layout that occasionally got a little buggy. Occasionally I'd have to run tasks more than once—but the end result I needed was always successful! :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Patronum solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was facing a difficult challenge: cleaning up years of externally shared Google Drive files without locking down the entire Workspace.

I tried speaking with Google reps, using coded scripts, and other methods—all with no success. Our files were a mess and cleaning them up in bulk was starting to seem impossible. Then I saw Patronum mentioned in a Reddit thread and decided to give it a shot... Using the free trial, I was able to do what I’d been struggling with for weeks. What do you like best about Patronum?

Patronum is by far one of the best solutions available to admins and resellers alike. It had brilliant onboarding and offboarding features, signature management, and sophisticated permissions analysis for Google Drive. It's an affordable GUI solution that is invaluable. What do you like best about Patronum?

We used Patronum to assist in migrating a recently acquired business from Google Workspace to our Microsoft 365 tenant and it was invaluable in analysing and change ownership of Shared Drives and individual Google drives so we could plan to migrate it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The automation workflows were unnecessarily complicated and Patronum provided little or zero documentation to support them, which meant I had to regularly request support, which was only ever provided by one person, the owner of the business.

What do you like best about Patronum?

Patronum offers cloud-based synchronization whose execution can be automatically scheduled. Its user interface is effectively integrated with our administration console and we won't have complexity while handling the LDAP directory. It also enables our users to search for any individual records without exposing the location specifics. The distribution of our LDAP can also be done among multiple servers and Patronum ensures proper replication and helps in passing requests to other directory system agents. What do you dislike about Patronum?

None actually. Patronum utilizes exchange servers for communicating with our active directory. Each user's account information is properly maintained even when there are multiple attribute definitions. What problems is Patronum solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Patronum for retail marketing & sales management in our organization. It acts as a centralized platform for our team as we work on various collaborations, proposals and client presentations. The company's branding is upheld even if there is huge traffic & we also obtain insights to understand our customer expectations. "The Best Google Workspace Manager Out There!"

What do you like best about Patronum?

1) Seamless management & automation of almost all of Google Workspace administration tasks.

2) Organisational chart and ability to share contacts

3) Calendar management & sharing within your organisation to avoid scheduling conflicts.

4) E-mail signature management and AWESOME signature templates. Most unique signature templates I've seen till date. We changed our old signature the day afer we started using Patronum.

5) Auto on-boarding of users with pre-defined access to files & folders.

6) User off-boarding with Patronum allows you to save data from deleted users' accounts. Very helpful feature for data protection Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Patronum?

Nothing in particular, but there's certainly scope for more functionality with backing up emails & drive contents.

I would really like to see this tool automatize everything that a WorkSpace admin has to do manually. Not really a great tool for companies with single digit headcount, works wonders for large companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Patronum solving and how is that benefiting you?

I run a small business, but even small companies face big challenges when it comes to managing IT infrastructure. We've tried other similar software solutions in the past, but Patronum is the best one we've ever used. The most useful features of Partonum for our organization are:

What do you like best about Patronum?

What worked for us were:

- Signature distribution based on a group or a single user

- Drive files management

What do you dislike about Patronum?

There were some downtime periods and interruptions where the settings would not "stick" and the page would reload constantly. These were rare, unfortunately.

The signature management dashboard needs some work also. The HTML doesn't reflect what you've copied into sometimes - so be careful if you paste an existing signature into Patronum's signature box. What comes out may not look the same (this is in GMail) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
