Patronum has a little bit of a learning curve, but I was able to pick it up pretty quickly and now use it for my organization and across a number of client organizations. The centralized management of users, reporting on Drive sharing and global signature settings are all real benefits, and you can't beat the price.

User-friendly and fast for carrying out essential, time-sensitive tasks. It also gives you access to Google Workspace configuration that would be extremely complex to handle outside of Patronum, especially if you’re not a sysadmin.

We first used Patronum Migrate to move from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace, and the AI side of it was the standout. Before we moved anything, its AI agent produced a report on our data volumes, likely timelines and risks, with recommendations. That meant we went in knowing where the problems were rather than finding them halfway through. During the move we could watch progress on every job live, and jobs carried on from where they left off if the app restarted. Once we were on Google Workspace, the main platform took over day-to-day admin. It handled the full joiner and leaver process from one place. New starters got their account, groups, shared drives and email signature set up without us doing each step by hand, and leavers were handled cleanly, with their email archived and access removed. UI / UX: the admin dashboard was clean and easy to find your way around, so you didn't need training to use it. Integrations: it plugs straight into Google Workspace, so users, groups, drives and Gmail signatures all update from one place without extra setup. Performance: changes went through quickly and reliably. When we set someone up, it just happened. Pricing / ROI: the pricing is very fair, at $8 per user per year for the standard plan, with a 30-day free trial and no setup fee. That's tiny compared with the admin time it saves, and it paid for itself quickly. Support / Onboarding: the team was easy to deal with. Questions got clear answers quickly, from people who obviously know the product inside out.
