**What do you like best about Part3?**

The testament of any product comes down to its intended functionality and ease of use and implementation....when you can also integrate this simplistically, it's a winning combination.

**What do you dislike about Part3?**

Nothing....anytime we have had any questions, modifications or add on feature requests, the Part 3 Team has been most accommodating and readily available.

**What problems is Part3 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

seamlessly integrates site reporting with easy integration of photos...all customizable.
saves us time and cost and allows all reports to be easily stored in the cloud for easy access to all.

**What do you like best about Part3?**

Part3 is very intuitive for the end user. It has a low point of entry knowledge, and easy to navigate. The software support and unlike any company I've worked before, and is exceptional.

**What do you dislike about Part3?**

It can be glitchy for some users and there are some areas that could use design development.

**What problems is Part3 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They're currently working on launching a documents centre which will allow users to upload project documents like IFC drawings, permits, etc., which will greatly benefit the team as a whole. I've also asked them to work on filters, for user ease of access, and updating reports area to allow consulants to upload their own site reports.

**What do you like best about Part3?**

The ability for architects to be able to coordinate/colloborate on documents with consultants, contractors, and owners in one central location. Takes away the need of having to use email to manage and send out all the documents. A simple approach of how to navigate and use the software when exposed to construction administration for the first time. The customer support gives quick responses to questions or issues and does a good job of implementing solutions  if needed.

**What do you dislike about Part3?**

The connection with Procore can have issues with syncing and sending documents. If there are new updates it could cause problems with something that was working just fine before.

**What problems is Part3 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For field reports there were issues of uploading multiple pictures at a time and it woudn't upload all of them correctly. They have addressed this issue and are continuing to improve the functionality of it.

**What do you like best about Part3?**

Knowing whose court items are in and the length of time it takes to respond. Not having to update multiple excel spreadsheets to keep track of SI's, CCN, CO and Submittals.

**What do you dislike about Part3?**

The new workflow setting - would be nice if it was more automated and not have to set up for each and everything discipline and function.  Time consuming to set up new projects.

**What problems is Part3 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping on track with submittals, CCN, Pricing and Change Orders.  No more multiple excel sheets to update.

**What do you like best about Part3?**

Part3 is an excellent way for design professionals to maintain therir own construction records without relying on the contractor. It's easy to use and provides a strong suite of tools for both in the office and in the field.

**What do you dislike about Part3?**

Although Part3 can be easily used on tablets and iOS, it does not have a dedicated app. Something about that makes me a little uneasy in the field. App or no app, I wish the photos I took for a field report would automatically be saved to my camera roll as a redundancy and for a better record.

**What problems is Part3 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Part3 saves me time in the field by allowing me to complete most of my field report away from my desk. At my desk, Part3 acts as a project record for construction. The integrations with contractor CA software is great and reduces our own administration, but since its on our software, we have access to all construction records even if the contractor removes our access to their software.

**What do you like best about Part3?**

Being able to easily manage the CA documentation preparation and review processes by taking back control of the documentation distribution and timelines from the contractor and putting the it in the hands of the consultant team.

**What do you dislike about Part3?**

The ability to edit change orders and quotes that have already been issued is a bit clunky since the payment tools are still being developed. The means for annotating and marking submittals are also tricky to use. They are not as convenient as the tools in Bluebeam, making the consultants less inclined to review submittals within Part3.

**What problems is Part3 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Part 3 is helping us manage our CA documentation processes. An integrated platform that allows for a site issue that can be tracked from the initial RFI through the issuance of a site instruction, pricing review and preparation of a change order in a seamless and transparent workflow is a game changer.

**What do you like best about Part3?**

Part 3 allows me to keep track of all of my submittals and RFI's without information getting lost in email or missed,it is all easy to track and cant be missed

**What do you dislike about Part3?**

Right now we are unable to upload Payment Applications, once Payment applications are able to be uploaded via Part 3, it elimates the need to email any documentation.

**What problems is Part3 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Part 3 eliminates the need to email every submittal and RFI. It allows me to track whether every submittal has been sent to the architect, reviewed, approved, rejected, etc. It prevents things from being missed in the mix of emails or skipped over accidentally, which happens so frequently when relying strictly on email to get documents out. I can submit and track it from that moment until it is returned. Part 3 keeps everything organized and in order making it nearly impossible to miss anything.

**What do you like best about Part3?**

What I like the most is that everything you need for Construction administration is all in one place. No need for mutiple softwares or the need to install anything else.

**What do you dislike about Part3?**

It can be a little annoying to add drawings to your files such as SI and PCN, I wish it would read that there are more then one file or the ability to automatically read the title block like BIM 360.

**What problems is Part3 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Part3 replaced our 15-year-old Microsoft Access database that was out of date.

Very easy to use and submit all different types of documents. Report log is clear and colorful laylout is very useful.

**What do you dislike about Part3?**

The Pricing submittal is a bit confusing. I have to click "submit" when I upload everything. I thought it's same as RFI and SD.

Log report is very helpful. Very easy to tell which one is pending, which one is approved.

The people are very helpful and quick to respond to questions. It greatly increases our company's efficiency with contract administration for all projects. This is a great addition to our company resources

I don't really have any complaints at this time. It is a great program.

This is great for project record keeping purposes and budget track and making payements, changes and shop drawings.

**What do you like best about Part3?**

Data tracking, reduction of emails, reminders for the team.

**What do you dislike about Part3?**

Digital signature that is approved from the AIBC. Architects require to sign / seal SI, Change orders, CD. 
The ability to have the GC upload pricing directly to Part3.

**What problems is Part3 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Part3, the vast amount of emails received and then sorted and emailed to the team has a new outlook. With Part3 RFIs, SD, CCNs, etc are all sorted from the team and can be issued immediately. During one my site travel days, I managed to get out 28 RFIs & Shop drawings while tethering to the airport wifi. In the past I would receive the consultants response, file it on the server, log it and then issue the response to the team.

Not much, a bit of a learning curve but not too bad and the company has been great in assisting.

New workflow features that I come across on things to improvide. Seems like they are always working on something and updating. They listen to feedback and try to accomodate.
