Being able to easily manage the CA documentation preparation and review processes by taking back control of the documentation distribution and timelines from the contractor and putting the it in the hands of the consultant team. The ability to edit change orders and quotes that have already been issued is a bit clunky since the payment tools are still being developed. The means for annotating and marking submittals are also tricky to use. They are not as convenient as the tools in Bluebeam, making the consultants less inclined to review submittals within Part3. An integrated platform that allows for a site issue that can be tracked from the initial RFI through the issuance of a site instruction, pricing review and preparation of a change order in a seamless and transparent workflow is a game changer.
