Who is Part3 pricing best suited for?

Part3's pricing is best suited for small to mid-market architecture, planning, and construction firms actively managing construction administration workflows. G2 reviewers from both segments — companies under 50 employees and those with 51–1,000 — rate Part3 highly, with architecture and planning firms dominating the review base. The Core tier at $150/month fits smaller firms or those new to dedicated CA software replacing spreadsheets and email chains. The Complete tier at $200/month suits mid-market teams needing centralized drawing management and version control across multiple consultants. The unlimited free collaborator seats make Part3's pricing particularly attractive for firms coordinating across large contractor and consultant networks without absorbing per-user costs.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Part3?

Part3 offers no permanent free tier, but a free trial is available for evaluation. Part3's paid plans start at $150/month for the Core tier, covering unlimited projects, unlimited free collaborator seats, AI Submittal Assistant, mobile field reporting, and Procore integration. Part3's Complete tier at $200/month adds ProjectFiles, a centralized drawing database, AI drawing detection, and document version tracking — features critical for teams managing complex drawing sets. The $50/month difference between tiers is primarily justified by document management depth. G2 reviewers highlight the free collaborator seats as a standout structural advantage, enabling contractors and consultants to participate without additional licensing costs.

Is Part3 considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers rate Part3 at 4.5–5.0 across small businesses and mid-market firms, signaling strong cost-to-value satisfaction. At $150–$200/month with unlimited projects and unlimited free collaborator seats, Part3's pricing structure avoids per-seat costs that inflate competing tools. G2 users consistently cite time savings, email reduction, and centralized CA documentation as tangible ROI drivers. One reviewer replaced a 15-year-old Microsoft Access database; another processed 28 RFIs and shop drawings from an airport. Minor cons around payment tools and Procore sync issues appear but don't undermine overall value sentiment. For architecture and construction firms managing active CA workflows, Part3's pricing delivers measurable operational efficiency at a predictable monthly cost.

"Keeps us organized"

5/5

What do you like best about Part3?

Knowing whose court items are in and the length of time it takes to respond. Not having to update multiple excel spreadsheets to keep track of SI's, CCN, CO and Submittals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Part3?

The new workflow setting - would be nice if it was more automated and not have to set up for each and everything discipline and function. Time consuming to set up new projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Part3 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping on track with submittals, CCN, Pricing and Change Orders. No more multiple excel sheets to update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Take control of contract admin!"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Part3?

Being able to easily manage the CA documentation preparation and review processes by taking back control of the documentation distribution and timelines from the contractor and putting the it in the hands of the consultant team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Part3?

The ability to edit change orders and quotes that have already been issued is a bit clunky since the payment tools are still being developed. The means for annotating and marking submittals are also tricky to use. They are not as convenient as the tools in Bluebeam, making the consultants less inclined to review submittals within Part3. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Part3 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Part 3 is helping us manage our CA documentation processes. An integrated platform that allows for a site issue that can be tracked from the initial RFI through the issuance of a site instruction, pricing review and preparation of a change order in a seamless and transparent workflow is a game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
