It keeps everything we need right on track. **What do you dislike about Paprika?** So far I have found very little downsides, sometimes the integration of the platform can be clunky and not very reliable but in todays technology driven world its hard to pinpoint that onto one platform. **Recommendations to others considering Paprika:** Check it out! **What problems is Paprika solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us to run my agency from one platform rather than using multiple platforms to do different jobs. That gives us more productivity and less wasted time ### 2. Invoicing is done via it, our accounts and timesheets for projects are done by it. its unreal how much it could offer but doesn't **What do you like best about Paprika?** Nothing, there is 0 aspects that make this usefull on any level! avoid! I'd like to think on paper it would do alot but it just doesn't seem to have the insight or functionality to provide basic use solution at all. over 3 hours of training and its that hard to navigate its unreal. **What do you dislike about Paprika?** Everything, project management and tools are hidden behind everything a single user can't see multiple projects at all Again, I'd like to think on paper it would do a lot but it just doesn't seem to have the insight or functionality to provide basic use solution at all. over 3 hours of training and it's that hard to navigate it's unreal. **Recommendations to others considering Paprika:** Xero, way better **What problems is Paprika solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's like there were no UX done on this as at all, it's massively clunky and doesn't even link into systems like Xero. ### 3. It's functionality works and gets the job done though. **What problems is Paprika solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefits I think are more on the management side once we have entered our time into the system.
