It hasn’t been the most intuitive or user-friendly platform for me. Now that I’ve used it a few times, it makes more sense, but when I was first given control of the platform, it wasn’t explained well. I also met with a rep (not Gideon) to walk me through it; she was very nice, but the walkthrough still wasn’t very clear.

The platform also seems very particular about which fields content has to go into for things to render correctly. For example, it looks like the initial callout will render on the slide, but the second callout text won’t.

It can also feel a bit limiting. It would be nice to be able to change the slide format more easily, without it costing extra money or taking a long time on the backend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the 'tags' feature that helps organize reports and the recipients. The magic links are a major help since donors can access their reports easily without needing a passcode. This makes distributing reports online much easier and ensures no privacy is compromised. It reduces the stress and time involved in distribution, allowing donors to access their reports with ease. Ovrture has also reduced the manual work in distributing reports, minimized paper waste with email reports, and simplifies bulk preparation and distribution by sending a single swift email. The only thing I've noticed that I don't love is that you can print reports directly from the website, but if you print it, the graphics and everything look very small. The pages don't fill with the graphics and info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Ovrture Inc. as a digital brochure for donors. It allows us to quickly create microsites that can easily be shared if the donor wants more information. I appreciate that the company is very interested in improvement. I've worked with Ovrture for about two years now, and I've seen improvements in the platform that make it easier to create sites and get what we need.
