## Overflow.io Reviews
  ### 1. Great software

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Omar I. | Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Overflow.io?**

I recently had the chance to use the software overflow.ai and I can confidently say that it is one of the best tools for automating your workflow and streamlining processes. It makes it easy to add tasks and to-dos for yourself or your entire team. The task management and data analytics features also make it intuitive and easy to make decisions on what tasks to prioritize and get done first. In addition, the user interface is great and easy to use, which made it easy to adapt quickly and start using the software right away. Overall, I highly recommend this software if you’re looking for an efficient way to manage tasks and increase your productivity!

**What do you dislike about Overflow.io?**

The main downside of using overflow.ai is its cost. While it is relatively inexpensive compared to other AI-powered customer service systems, it is still not free and requires a monthly subscription. Additionally, the AI-powered features offered by overflow.ai are limited and the system may not be sufficient for larger businesses that require more intricate customer service systems. Some users may also find the user interface difficult to navigate, as it does not provide a lot of customization options. Many of the features are geared towards small businesses, so larger enterprises may find them insufficient for their needs. Finally, the customer service system is only available in English, making it difficult to offer international support.

**What problems is Overflow.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overflow.io is a collaboration platform that helps you coordinate and manage your team’s workflow. It’s designed to be an intuitive, streamlined alternative to popular project management solutions. This makes it easier for teams to collaborate on projects, reducing the time wasted between tasks and helping teams move faster. By reducing the complexity of project management, Overflow.io makes it easier for teams to focus on their work and deliver better results faster. It also eliminates the need for lengthy meeting and email chains to coordinate tasks, therefore reducing time and resource wastage.

  ### 2. An effective and easy to use tool for flow graph designing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prabhakaran J. | Proprietor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Overflow.io?**

The pick and use options and the wide list of shapes to choose from that are very useful in building the flow graph, in case of a multi flow the pages come in handy to handle them.

**What do you dislike about Overflow.io?**

Nothing in specific that I would state as a dislike, gif sort of a data flow graph will be a great add on to the tool and will be helpful in channelling flow in complex applications.

**What problems is Overflow.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The flow graph is the key of a new procduct development and the tool makes it a easy to create one. I have created some complex application flows that has helped me in explaining and freezing the requirement at ease.

  ### 3. Good UI, but presentation on mobile doesn't work properly

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shady A. | Full Stack Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Overflow.io?**

The UI and flow of work are very good and user-friendly. It was very easy and quick to setup my first project. I would definitely recommend this to a friend if it wasn't for the critical issue I faced when presenting.

**What do you dislike about Overflow.io?**

I eventually threw the project away and stopped using the service because I could not make presentation on mobile fit device width. Which was very disappointing for me. Also support was not responsive or helpful.

**What problems is Overflow.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows you to easily create flows/wireframes for existing screens to present your work to client/stakeholders.

Connectors can be customized to match brand identity or personal style, and device skins can be applied with just one click. It's easy to add additional context with text and shapes, and the interactive and playable user flows make it easy to navigate through and present designs.

**What do you dislike about Overflow.io?**

Some time it takes too much time to render.

**What problems is Overflow.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's making it easy to add additional context with text and shapes, and the interactive and playable user flows make it easy to navigate through and present designs.

Overflow allows me to spend less time on tedious tasks and focus on improving my work and creating stunning presentations.

Unfortunately unlike Figma, it ain't free

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

I love that I can sync my work from figma and continue working on it seamlessly on overflow.io

**What do you dislike about Overflow.io?**

I wish that overflow.io auto-saved my work. The lack of this feature has caused me to lose work in the past.

**What problems is Overflow.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overflow.io has standardized the way my team and I share our designs- even when our base wire frames are built on different softwares

  ### 8. A good idea but needs a bit more to be useful

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Overflow.io?**

It's great and making flows. In fact, it's the best. I like it's integrations with my design tools.

**What do you dislike about Overflow.io?**

I dislike that it's not deeply integrated into my design tools. I have to do stuff in Overflow then go back to design. Not efficient for my work flow.

**What problems is Overflow.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's good for making quick and deep flows(user and service).

  ### 9. The Tool I Didn't Realize I Needed

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mitchell C. | UX Designer, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Overflow.io?**

Overflow is a quick and fast tool for wire-framing your app or website and creating flow charts. Its very simple and intuitive, and has lots of great features like adding phone frames to your screen shot or art boards. In addition, you share live hosted links of your project so others can see your creations.

**What do you dislike about Overflow.io?**

The software is currently in beta, and can sometimes slow down when you import a lot of images, or are trying to print a large project. In addition, I wish there was a way to see the printing boundaries outside of the preview mode. I have to constantly check back and forth to see if my images are going to print on the pages I need them to print.

**Recommendations to others considering Overflow.io:**

Overflow is still in Beta, so it's still unknown how much it will actually cost. But if you're really needing a tool that can help you map out flows of your app or website, then overflow is the tool you need. In addition, it will only gain new features as it keeps getting developed.

**What problems is Overflow.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently I am taking screen shots of my entire company's app, and importing them into overflow so I can see our entire app mapped out and all the different flows in the app. I have printed out the entire charts on paper, so all the designers on my team can see the entire app at once, and start working on a design system.

  ### 10. Easiest way to prototype

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aakash M. | User Experience Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2019

**What do you like best about Overflow.io?**

It's like InVision, but offline. It is very suitable for students who want to quickly try out sketches and mockups through interaction.

**What do you dislike about Overflow.io?**

It's very primitive at this point. Would help to have slight animation features to make it look more realistic.

**Recommendations to others considering Overflow.io:**

This is a great product for someone getting into interaction design. There are other products you can look for like InVision Studio, Marvel, etc.

**What problems is Overflow.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick and rapid prototyping helps us understand what's better and what's not when designing new concepts

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Overflow.io?**

I used this software in my experience as analyst at a big4 firm. In creating diagrams and workflows, in particular in design business processes it is a powerful, complete and easy tool.

**What do you dislike about Overflow.io?**

Nothing in particular. Maybe they should implementing some learning material in creating certain types of diagrams or flows.

**What problems is Overflow.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used this software in my experience as business analyst. It helps me a lot in creating business flows.

  ### 13. Surprisingly great tool if you use it with sketch

It is a product that designer , PO, Dev Teams everyone love. because the flows and touch points that you can show out of this tool is great..

**What do you dislike about Overflow.io?**

Cant do hotspot in prototyping..
 Can't embed the prototype..
Can't use real device skins.

**Recommendations to others considering Overflow.io:**

They should consider making the prototypes more like invision or marvel.

**What problems is Overflow.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Basically helping the teams understand the entire flow that has been envisioned.

  ### 14. Good, but needs some improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Fund-Raising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Overflow.io?**

Very easy to map out user flows, and Sketch integration is a plus. Being able to visually map out user paths is simple and quick, and adding comments is easy

**What do you dislike about Overflow.io?**

I wish that Overflow would sync up files in real time (similar to google docs) so that any changes made will be reflected on someone else's screen. Personally, I use Overflows to map out business requirements, and I don't see when changes to the overflow are made. This makes it so that I have to reload the file and see what changes have been made.

**What problems is Overflow.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Overflow to map out user paths, which helps us understand how a feature will work or how it might affect other areas of the platform. This helps us catch critical holes before a feature goes into development, which is highly valuable.

  ### 15. Good product for organize flow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Overflow.io?**

It's easy to build and flow for prototype.

**What do you dislike about Overflow.io?**

It seem difficult and not very good the zoom step for increasing or decreasing. Maybe need more flexibility

**What problems is Overflow.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prototype flow of software design.

  ### 16. User Flows

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2018

**What do you like best about Overflow.io?**

Overflow is great when it comes to generating diagrams illustrating user flows in a software application. The best part is that it's a seamless workflow from Sketch—I design in Sketch, upload or update screens in Overflow, move screens around, and can save my work for later or export to various formats depending on who needs to review the flows.

**What do you dislike about Overflow.io?**

Because Overflow is new and in beta, it has its quirks. The most frustrating is being able to grab a connector's starting point on an element, but can usually be avoided when zooming in or out.

**Recommendations to others considering Overflow.io:**

First of all, if you're not doing flows you should fix it. Secondly, understand that it works best when used as a part of a workflow and not as a replacement tool. If you're using Sketch it's easy and recommended to pick up in Overflow where Sketch is limited. However, a tool like Overflow shouldn't replace Sketch.

**What problems is Overflow.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overflow gives my team the ability to validate flows, edge cases, and conditional variables to aid in problem solving.

  ### 17. Great tool for user flows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ari T. | UX/UI Designer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2018

**What do you like best about Overflow.io?**

I like how quickly flows can be made out of the box. Objects can be quickly snapped together with lines, and text is automatically centered. It's a huge time saver.

**What do you dislike about Overflow.io?**

Limited exporting ability - only PNG and PDF

**What problems is Overflow.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to review a flow quickly can fix problems before they become a bigger and more expensive.
