"Essential All-in-One Tool for Streamlined Website Planning"

What do you like best about Flowmapp?

Flowmapp has saved our company so much time planning websites for our clients. Before, we used separate tools for outlining the sitemap, drafting content, and creating low-fidelity wireframes. Flowmapp brings all of these phase one planning activities under one roof. Having a sharable link to provide to clients and circulate internally ensures that everyone has visibility into our work in progress and allows us to get buy in from our cross-functional team as well as any key stakeholders. The quoting feature is useful in creating proposals before work begins. We're still implementing this into our workflow, but it's quickly becoming an essential part of creating websites for our clients. Customer service is highly responsive and it's clear the team is receptive to feedback. This product is being refined and improved on a daily basis, and it's clear that the team behind it are passionate about building the best solution they can. What do you dislike about Flowmapp?

Flowmapp is missing some functionality that would benefit our team, but customer service has been very receptive to our feature requests. The team is invested in continuous improvement, so any bugs are likely to be resolved in short order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Flowmapp solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clients come to us looking for a website redesign and they often have no idea how many pages their site actually has. We can plug their URL into Flowmapp and within a few second get a full visual breakdown of their site! "A game changer!"

What do you like best about Flowmapp?

I love all the new features of Flowmapp, especially the integrated wireframes. Having estimations, sitemaps, wireframes, and content collection all in one app, streamlines the onboarding and discovery phases of my projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The one thing I noticed is that the AI integration is not as feature-rich as competitors' apps. I'm hoping this area will continue to improve, but I much prefer Flowmapp’s interface over similar apps Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Flowmapp?

Most people are using FlowMapp for mocking up website silos and stuff like that. But to be honest... you can use it for ANYTHING.

I'm even using it to map out what the onboarding should look like for one of our webapps. It makes cross-communicating with other teams much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Flowmapp solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've been using FlowMapp for many years in my studio and academy. Its pictograms in sitemap make IA and user flow more beautiful and usable, especially when we must present it to our design customers! The collaboration and communication options are so helpful in accelerating the feedback process. I use this tool in our academy to educate IA and user flow instead of general tools like Miro because it helps my students understand the logical relation between information architecture and user flow design. What do you like best about Flowmapp?

Flowmapp is a great tool for information architecture. As a small agency focused on creating user-friendly websites, we rely heavily on Flowmapp to create and optimize our site structures and user flows. The interface is user-friendly and intuitive, and we appreciate the ability to collaborate with team members and clients within the platform. As a digital marketing instructor at various universities, I also recommend Flowmapp to my students as a valuable resource for planning and organizing their own websites and online projects. What do you dislike about Flowmapp?

One aspect of Flowmapp that could be improved is its flexibility regarding multiple main nodes or templates. While the current setup works well for our needs, it would be nice to have the ability to create and customize multiple templates for different projects or clients. Additionally, we often include SERP (Search Engine Results Page) information in our planning process, but currently have to add it as a text block within the main node. What problems is Flowmapp solving and how is that benefiting you?

A central source for new website content is essential when it comes to building effective information architecture. Although mindmap tools like Flowmapp can certainly be helpful, they are not the only solution. It is important to have a central location where all website content can be stored and accessed by everyone involved in the project. This ensures consistency and accuracy throughout the entire planning process and ultimately leads to a successful end product.
