The relationship quickly evolved to being a true partner from just a platform vendor. In addition to providing key insights on what would work, best practices for the segment of the customers, they worked with us to create a custom flow. For example, we had a unique requirement to trigger an email to newly onboarded customers to choose gifts for their team. The Outgage team worked with us to create this solution and we were able to impress our customers from day one! Additionally, we measured the campaign's success with the comprehensive reporting tool, understood the campaign's effectiveness, and secured additional funding to expand it to multiple sales teams. **What do you dislike about Outgage?** The platform is comprehensive and it offers a lot of gifting options and ways to customize the gifts. I have total flexibility to source from a large variety of products for my direct mailing campaign. In addition, their platform allows me to personalize my campaign further and control design aspects, such as color choices or logo additions. What I love most about Outgage is that I can trust their expertise and feel they are always ready to tackle a new challenge with me. The Outgage Team provides recommendations on which items have the best chances for success and guide me to best structure my campaign. Once my campaign is live, I can track all related data to measure the campaign's performance - this is something that traditional direct mailing campaigns cannot provide. **What do you dislike about Outgage?** At times, I wish lead times were shorter as urgent request require quick deliveries. **What problems is Outgage solving and how is that benefiting you?** Through Outgage, I am able to reach the right audience with the right products and am able to track success. The biggest benefit is that I am not building a "blind" direct mailing campaign any longer. Now I know exactly who receives the products I have picked out and who engages with it/shows interest. The Outgage team is personable, flexible and helpful. **What do you dislike about Outgage?** There area lot of custom choices and it can get overwhelming and can take time to roll out.
