Otto is extremely easy to use and very intuitive for our team. Implementation was straightforward, and the support team at Otto is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely listens to client feedback. I appreciate that new features are rolled out thoughtfully, without being pushy. It integrates well with EzyVet and makes client communication smooth and efficient. The new AI Scribe is also amazing—by syncing with our PIMS, we can select the patient/appointment directly from Otto and start recording, which saves time on data entry. At the end of the day, the AI notes sync to the patient file (and we’re hopeful that one day it will sync right into the attachments section of the clinical record).
We initially switched away from Otto after a year to try another provider but quickly realized how much better Otto was. After a few months, we switched back, and we’re glad we did—Otto is truly great at what it does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have recommended OTTO several times. It has become our "go-to" all-in-one lifesaver for comms at our practice. We're about to jump into the AI of it all, and looking forward to the exciting stuff Otto has to offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes Otto's full capacity is not realized or promoted. Features are pushed out without much fanfare and so the gem features could be overlooked. I just learned at a conference this week that Otto does have a client rewards program and does have some wellness offerings. I didn't know either of those things. Otto has been a huge step up from our previous communication platform. It integrates well with our PIMS ezyVet and the communication between the two is super quick. It's easy for clients and us to use. Reminders are reliable and easy to tweak which is one of our previous problem areas. Support has been helpful and I love that they are constantly looking for feedback, making improvements and growing the platform. We use it daily for reminders, client communication (text, photos, even GIFS). We've recently implemented the survey function which as been great and easy to get feedback from clients essentially in real time. I can't wait to see what they do with it next. Some changes can only be made by the Otto team, but they are quick and responsive when those things need to happen. I hope they expand on the tasks feature and internal team communication.
