Otto is extremely easy to use and very intuitive for our team. Implementation was straightforward, and the support team at Otto is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely listens to client feedback. I appreciate that new features are rolled out thoughtfully, without being pushy. It integrates well with EzyVet and makes client communication smooth and efficient. The new AI Scribe is also amazing—by syncing with our PIMS, we can select the patient/appointment directly from Otto and start recording, which saves time on data entry. At the end of the day, the AI notes sync to the patient file (and we’re hopeful that one day it will sync right into the attachments section of the clinical record).
We initially switched away from Otto after a year to try another provider but quickly realized how much better Otto was. After a few months, we switched back, and we’re glad we did—Otto is truly great at what it does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
