The support is a hit or miss. Whenever we encounter any issues they are unable to eventually respond to us. It takes some time the wait because OSVR does not have the potential. Personally, I have faced many hardware problems and the lag when connecting to my computer is minimal. **What do you dislike about OSVR?** I believe that increasing compatibility, with games based on their environments would increase the experience. The monitoring quality uses some improvement. One area where OSVR needs to improve is its adjustment mechanism. Its not as intuitive and user friendly. **What problems is OSVR solving and how is that benefiting you?** The lack of experience when setting up and configuring the system is frustrating. OSVR is unable to solve the issue of virtual reality experiences. This obstructs our business by not providing us with a VR solution that impresses our customers. ### 2. If I had to nitpick I would say they could offer cushion space for glasses users. **What do you dislike about OSVR?** The adjustment feature of OSVR need some improvement as it doesnt seem to provide a fit for users. while they provide a variety of tools and documentation they fall short when it comes to providing information on projects. **What problems is OSVR solving and how is that benefiting you?** While OSVRs compatibility with existing equipment is convenient theres room, for integration and seamless functionality. The visuals are not good. It has not solved my problem of motion sickness which allows me to use it for periods of time. ### 3. It is entertaining people more and keeps engaging. It can be used for both academic and industrial purpose. It helps to check the documents ,photos and videos through vr. It is also good and used in gamming which helps to boost gaming business **What do you dislike about OSVR?** Their support is okayish, sometimes we stuck somewhere while using the software and we were not able to contact anyone it took sometime to get in touch with their team. **What problems is OSVR solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps to attract customers in a public marketing event or even helps us to go through a 3D videos on our projects.
