The ORO global platform has enabled our worldwide business teams to standardize processes, collaborate and manage activities across functional areas—from idea to execution—optimizing our way of working and significantly reducing our administrative burden. The digital solution enables greater Performance Management, drives timely delivery of milestones, streamlines approval processes, and ensures prioritization of initiatives aligned with our operating model and strategy. I have truly valued the customer commitment and partnership approach with ORO. Their development and support teams are knowledgeable, innovative, and responsive. ORO’s UX designers quickly create and deploy new features and enhancements, continuously adapting the system to grow and meet our evolving business needs. They also take advantage of these opportunities to deliver advanced technical capabilities we had not previously considered. Since last reviewed, ORO delivered a fully customized reporting dashboard needed to support our strategic focus, allowing greater flexibility of KPI views across our organization. The platform continues to grow with our needs. Users continue to provide positive feedback regarding ease of use, and the Performance Managment platform has become part of our daily workplace with user adoption exceeding original targets. We have expanded with an additional platform integrated to internal systems which allows for robust capital management, approval tracking and audit compliance. I would like to see greater use of AI across the platform to help us derive greater insights, support best practice sharing and lessons learned while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across the business. Reporting and dashboards could be enhanced to be more dynamic; however, we are able to get the data via a combination of reporting options vs. a single dynamic dashboard but we have made progress here.
