This is extremely relevant. Also delegation allows users to quickly complete tasks when someone else is not around. Also notifications and reminders allows to complete requests on time. The benefit that i feel is that the thread leaves a trail of understanding to which every team picks up and adds. this makes every person complete their part by only asking relevant questions and not requiring to understand from the requestor from the very beginning. this saves time. Given the flexibility of the platform, there can sometimes be multiple ways to achieve the same outcome, so having additional best practices, implementation examples, and technical documentation would help customers become self-sufficient more quickly. ORO has helped us modernize and standardize how business requests are initiated, reviewed, and approved across the organization. Before ORO, many of these processes relied on emails, spreadsheets, and manual coordination between teams, making them difficult to track, audit, and continuously improve. By bringing these workflows into a single platform, we've been able to increase visibility, improve governance, and provide a much better user experience for both requesters and approvers. One of the biggest benefits is the flexibility of ORO. Instead of being limited to traditional procurement processes, we've been able to use ORO as an enterprise workflow and orchestration platform supporting a wide range of business functions. This has allowed us to replace inconsistent manual processes with standardized, configurable workflows while integrating with our existing enterprise systems. ORO has also improved transparency and traceability. The ORO global platform has enabled our worldwide business teams to standardize processes, collaborate and manage activities across functional areas—from idea to execution—optimizing our way of working and significantly reducing our administrative burden. The digital solution enables greater Performance Management, drives timely delivery of milestones, streamlines approval processes, and ensures prioritization of initiatives aligned with our operating model and strategy. I have truly valued the customer commitment and partnership approach with ORO. Their development and support teams are knowledgeable, innovative, and responsive. ORO’s UX designers quickly create and deploy new features and enhancements, continuously adapting the system to grow and meet our evolving business needs. They also take advantage of these opportunities to deliver advanced technical capabilities we had not previously considered. Since last reviewed, ORO delivered a fully customized reporting dashboard needed to support our strategic focus, allowing greater flexibility of KPI views across our organization. The platform continues to grow with our needs. Users continue to provide positive feedback regarding ease of use, and the Performance Managment platform has become part of our daily workplace with user adoption exceeding original targets. We have expanded with an additional platform integrated to internal systems which allows for robust capital management, approval tracking and audit compliance. I would like to see greater use of AI across the platform to help us derive greater insights, support best practice sharing and lessons learned while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across the business. Reporting and dashboards could be enhanced to be more dynamic; however, we are able to get the data via a combination of reporting options vs. a single dynamic dashboard but we have made progress here. ORO is providing us with a centralized, global platform that facilitates our business initiatives and offers real-time status and financial tracking of optimization efforts. It is meeting our goal to drive employee empowerment and collaboration, supports cost-efficient innovation delivery for the business. The platform has helped streamline our end-to-end invoice lifecycle—from PO creation and approval to AP invoice posting and reporting. It’s user-friendly, flexible, and has significantly improved visibility and control over our processes. The integration between ORO and our ERP system has been seamless, reducing manual effort and minimizing errors. Their support team is responsive and knowledgeable, and they’ve worked closely with us to understand our needs and tailor the solution accordingly. ORO has made a measurable difference in the efficiency and accuracy of our AP operations.
