**What do you like best about OrkManza?**

The best part of OrkManza is how it centralizes everything. It seamlessly connects attendance, payroll, and performance management in one dashboard. The Employee Self-Service (ESS) mobile app is particularly impressive; it’s intuitive and has significantly reduced the time our HR team spends answering basic leave and salary queries.

**What do you dislike about OrkManza?**

I have never seen any issue using the HRM software.

**What problems is OrkManza solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We moved from manual spreadsheets to OrkManza to eliminate payroll errors and tracking issues. It has automated our entire attendance and payroll cycle, saving us hours of manual work every month and ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time.
