You got your inventory, order and customer management in one place. Especially if your business have more than one location, Ordermentum would make managing less tedious. **What do you dislike about Ordermentum?** So far, I have only run into system problems while editing product descriptions and such. **What problems is Ordermentum solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used Ordermentum as an administrator for a relatively fast-growing restaurant chain in Sydney, making it chaotic to manage inventory, inventory orders, catering orders and customer profilé, especially when I also have FoH duties to perform. Ordermentum took out 2-3 hours of my work everyday. ### 2. Creating new customer orders is a breeze, and they can sign up using the app. It is also easy to incorporate on the financial side. It saves us time with orders and with customer databases, and it's cheaper than our old program. Ordermentum is just such a game-changer. It saves time, it makes everything easier for our customers, and it's very well designed. **What do you dislike about Ordermentum?** Honestly, there isn't really anything negative to say about Ordermentum. For any issues we had, we were able to connect with the customer service team, who were very responsive and able to fix any problem we encountered. **What problems is Ordermentum solving and how is that benefiting you?** Customer relationship management, online ordering, keeping and maintaining customer profiles digitally, streamlining sales, and offering products online. They usually respond and help to resolve our problem. The service is really good.
