OrderTime was the perfect solution for us to track our inventory without having to sync inventory to QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop. The support team helped us with our complicated setup and integrations, and has patiently helped us with any issues that came up. It has many ways to customize that suit your particular business's needs, and compared to other similar products out there, it's very affordable for the amount features it has. We are very glad we found OrderTime! **What do you dislike about Order Time?** Learning curve was steep, but we had never tracked inventory so we were starting from scratch. **What problems is Order Time solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allowing all users to see real-time inventory of items. Connection to busy web store and importing orders (rather than manually entering them). Built custom integration to our field service software that saves a lot of time. ### 2. Ordertime has filled that gap with a full range of functionality. ### 4. The developer is aggressively upgrading and improving this already excellent product, so it will only get better. **What problems is Order Time solving and how is that benefiting you?** Order Time is so much more than just inventory control. That is what attracted us but it offers a strong suite of both inventory- and order-management capabilities that we are now using. ### 5. They question if they are not using the software correctly and have to be re-assured it's a random bug/glitch. With that, the support team is responsive and quickly gets back to any issues. **What problems is Order Time solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inventory control has been great, for multiple locations we manage. BOM management for our manufacturing needs. Cost roll ups within the boms has been a complete game changer for me personally as I manage our customer pricing. The ability to manage price lists has been great for us as well. Honestly - it's all great! ### 6. With Order Time we have noticed that we where wasting alot of time making spreadsheets, putting together reports, with Order Times export to Excel and its report system we have noticed that we have a lot more time for inventory purchasing. ### 7. Also, the report writing feature is not anywhere near as powerful as the one in All Orders. **What problems is Order Time solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides inventory control features that are significantly superior to those offered by QuickBooks, while still synchronizing with QB, which lets us continue to use the latter for our accounting functions. ### 8. There item screen loads fast, other programs I trialed loaded our main inventory too slowly. I wasn't sure about cloud stuff, but I'm glad I went with this because I can pull it up on my phone. **What do you dislike about Order Time?** I'm subscribed, so there isn't much that I dislike about it. Just waiting on some other features like repair orders. It is on their roadmap for 2019. The only reason I rated the ease of setup as a bit lower is because as a warehouse manager who has been doing everything from scratch.. it took a bit to really get into useing all the features in order time. Now that i've got a handle on it though I really couldn't go without it. **Recommendations to others considering Order Time:** Give it a try, they let us trial for 30 days before we had to make any decisions. **What problems is Order Time solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm keeping my warehouse managed. I have trouble with timely shipping so the benefit is really that order time inventory cleans up my processes. It makes us more efficient, and our customers seem happy. ### 12.
