**What do you like best about Orbipay EBPP?**

Since we bought the EBPP, we've also added Alacriti's Payments Hub and we are not using it for instant payments with FedNow and RTP receive and send - it is a great solution.
EBPP is an amazing loan payment solution we have visibility to all payments. We provide our account holders with every possible payment option, from chat to paying by text, debit, and IVR, as well as being able to pay as a guest without having to create a user. 
This is such a versatile product we use it for all the payments, and not also for disbursement
Implementation was simple, and the Alacriti team was very helpful and knowledgeable.
They already integrated with our core system, so that was easy

**What do you dislike about Orbipay EBPP?**

We've asked for some new capabilities and Alacriti delivered...so nothing we need that we didn't get an answer for

**What problems is Orbipay EBPP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking to modernize our loan payment platform and allow for multiple methods of payment. EBPP by Alacriti provides our customers with an exceptional user expreince, making paying a loan simple and straight forward process.
We are considering now using Alacriti's payment hub to connect to TCH and FedNow
