What do you like best about Oracle Responsys?

STO, Automations, Connect Jobs etc are some. Wrt to pricing I am unsure as I haven't been a oart of negotiation. Overall I have a good review.

There are some AI abilities that they brin in but not so much that I use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oracle Responsys?

When it comes to API, its a sucker. Not a lot of integaration possibilities, especially when it comes to forms. It lacks a lot of functionality than a google form does. forms are a legacy thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
