## Opus Training Pricing FAQs

Who is Opus Training pricing best suited for?

Opus Training's pricing is best suited for mid-market hospitality, restaurant, food and beverage, and consumer services operators with 51–1,000 employees managing distributed frontline workforces across multiple locations. G2 reviewers in this segment dominate the review base and consistently cite affordability, fast rollout by lean L&D teams, and mobile-first accessibility as decisive factors. Enterprise restaurant and hospitality groups exceeding 1,000 employees also appear in G2 reviews of Opus Training, leveraging multi-brand, multi-location deployment and custom quotes. Opus Training is particularly well-matched for organizations with multilingual frontline staff, high turnover, and no-desktop work environments where phone-based microlearning is operationally essential.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Opus Training?

Opus Training's pricing structure on G2 shows no published tiers, but a free trial is available for evaluation before committing to a paid plan. Custom enterprise quotes are available for larger organizations. G2 data on Opus Training does not detail specific feature restrictions during the trial versus full access, but the pricing model suggests the trial serves as a time-limited evaluation of Opus Training's full capabilities—including AI course building, multilingual translation, HRIS integrations, mobile knowledge base, task lists, and real-time reporting—before transitioning to a paid arrangement sized to team scale and organizational complexity.

Is Opus Training considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers consistently rate Opus Training at 5.0/5, with one mid-market reviewer explicitly citing ~$5/user/month as affordable compared to competing LMS platforms. G2 reviews of Opus Training highlight strong cost-to-value across mid-market and enterprise hospitality and restaurant operators, with users citing time savings in content creation, reduced onboarding shifts, and shortened new store openings as measurable ROI. Dedicated customer success reps, HRIS integrations, multilingual translation, and AI-assisted course building are recurring value drivers. Minor cons—limited formatting options, mobile-first constraints in no-phone environments, occasional translation inaccuracies—are consistently framed as minor trade-offs, not value detractors.

"User-Friendly, Affordable LMS with Great Support and Powerful AI"

5/5

What do you like best about Opus Training?

Opus makes it extremely easy to create content from scratch or to leverage their integrated AI. The biggest upside for me is how user-friendly it is on the front end. It integrates with our HRIS platform (TriNet)—the integration process was very simple, and now any new hire’s job position and other profile information is automatically added.

We’re a relatively small company but have multiple locations, and the price per user is around $5/month, so it’s definitely affordable compared to other LMS systems. Onboarding was seamless, and as a team of one in Training, I was able to roll it out to the whole company within three weeks of onboarding.

Ongoing support has been great. We have a dedicated customer success rep who does regular check-ins and is readily available to jump on a call to troubleshoot or brainstorm. I use the platform daily, and the back-end experience is also very easy to navigate. I can pull reports and performance insights, and make changes that publish within seconds. New user onboarding only requires a smartphone and a phone number—no logins and no ever-forgotten password.

The intended audience is frontline workers that do not have regular access to a computer or desk and they are able to get training, find out information all with ease from their phone.

The integrated translation available in hundreds of different languages ensures the message and training is delivered in the best way a team member understands.

Their "Ask Opus" AI feature is one of my new favorites as it allows the team to get information on anything that lives on the platform just by asking- no need to scroll the library or wonder which folder that is in.

Whether you have a very large team or a smaller group Opus is an invaluable tool in your tech stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Opus Training?

There aren’t many downsides. The only thing I sometimes notice is that a few of the translations can be a little off. That said, they’re constantly improving the platform, so it’s not really a big issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Opus Training solving and how is that benefiting you?

Opus has helped me create content in hours vs days/weeks.

There is consistent information and training across all locations. I can deploy courses and check-ins in seconds to the entire organization, or to specific groups or individuals.

It has become the quickest and most accurate reference guide for all team members, from hourly employees to managers. It shortened training by 3/4 shifts per position through timed courses and easily assigned information.

I was also able to shorten a New Store Opening by 3 days by using Opus with the new team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
