I can do all my planning, scheduling, and email management from both a content and marketing perspective using AI to programmatically build out and implement plans. Plus, the initial setup of OptiPub was easy, which is great because building an email file can be a pain, but having an email service provider that makes it easy to use is just nice. **What do you dislike about OptiPub?** I think the biggest thing just comes down to once an email is scheduled, you can't edit it. Now on one hand, I appreciate that. Because there's nothing worse than having something scheduled, someone goes in, edits it, and then makes a mistake. But when you want to make one small change, when you have a tweak, and you have to recreate the email... That can be a less desirable process, but I think that it's an exchange. You don't have to worry about one thing, but you give up the convenience of the other. **What problems is OptiPub solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use OptiPub for sending out emails and managing email deliverability. It helps me with managing our list and contacting customers, and I can do all my planning, scheduling, and email management using its intuitive AI features, which makes communication simple and effective. ### 2. Using this tool, they helped us quickly scan and validate our sending domains against major mailbox providers’ guidelines—checking SPF, DKIM, DMARC, TLS, FCrDNS, and more. This ensured we got compliant and stayed compliant, allowing us to identify and fix root causes of email spam problems. ### 5. Email and SMS are offered for communication with dedicated IP's (which are not insanely marked up like at competitors) allowing you to take full on control of your own deliverability. Plus they have a tool Postmaster Plus which integrates with SNDS and Google Postmaster to pull in all your deliverability data to stay in full control. Other features we use daily besides email and SMS is the landing pages/campaigns/link builder features. We build out our campaigns through optipub bypassing the need for a clickfunnels, leadpages, or other external platform and allowing you to chain assets together in a flow (Video to LongForm to Orderform etc). They are currently building out the ability to do orders, upsells, downsell, etc through optipub in the future and looking forward to that. Overall for a publishing business this is THE software to use. I have used Salesforce/ExactTarget, Hubspot, Infusionsoft, Iterable, Beehive, and many others in my career, but Optipub is THE software for publishing businesses. Other niche's can totally work here, but for publishing you won't find better. The last comment and I think the BEST feature is the product support from Kyle, Matt, and the rest of the OptiPub team. They are quick, helpful, and always improving the system through feedback. They work very timely to make improvements, are always squashing any bugs reported and are easy to get ahold of a real person anytime you need help. You just won't find that on any other platform, if you truly want a partner and to be able to communicate to the team who builds the software your company relies on then this is it. I have successfully implemented Optipub in a few clients businesses, and this is the one that gets my top of list recommendation. **What do you dislike about OptiPub?** Optipub is still relatively "young", they are working to publish new features often, and so there are some things that are a WIP. Optipub is still working on reporting, most of it is adhoc and it doesn't connect with reporting systems, you have to piece it together. While reporting is coming in the future it is currently my only true "issue" with the platform. Once the team implements better report builders in the system I think it'll really supercharge the platform as a whole. **What problems is OptiPub solving and how is that benefiting you?** Optipub solves several problems, the largest is email and email deliverability. Hands down this is the best platform for people who want control over their own deliverability and want to send volume. ### 6. Very responsive to questions or calls for help, always offering recommendations for how to handle different features, the number of features and ways this platform can be used -- are all the most impressive benefits we've received. **What do you dislike about OptiPub?** Dislike is the wrong word. If you have patience, this platform will help you engage your list. As marketers, we all want to be up and running instantly - but the patience part is the hardest part with Optipub. That's due to the various features, the time to integrate and execute, the learning curve on more than just list + send email = Money. They go above and beyond to get even the WORST lists working for you. And communication is great. Their ability to offer full control of your IP addresses, domain and sub domains gives you flexibility most other providers restrict. The team is extremely responsive, and would proactively bring issues and suggestions to our attention to keep our email health clean. Moving to the platform is a breeze, the team offers a full migration guide and support. This was our main email platform accounting for hundreds of millions of emails sent a year. It included our warm up series, paid files, receipts, automated lifecycle sequences, etc. We even ingegrated SMS with Twilio for a multi-channel approach in our campaigns all within the OptiPub user interface. OptiPub is a clear strong choice for any publisher that takes digital marketing seriously. **What do you dislike about OptiPub?** The main challenges working with OptiPub mainly were learning curve. This system is robust with modules, and very useful API endpoints for developers. I wish there was more documentation to ramp my team faster. Most of the analytics are on point, but would love to be able to have more granular data on the contact level. **What problems is OptiPub solving and how is that benefiting you?** OptiPub removes the headache of email deliverability, and SMS to allow me to get back to the fundamentals of email marketing. ### 9.
