Top-Tier Deliverability, All-in-One Campaign Hub, and Exceptional Support

|OptiPub
OptiPub and its deliverability are top-tier. It consistently gets emails into the inbox instead of spam. On top of that, having everything in one place is a big plus. I don’t have to juggle different tools to run campaigns, track performance, and manage my lists because it’s all centralized. They also offer some of the best support I’ve experienced. There’s no generic help desk—Kyle, Matt, and the crew are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.

Intuitive AI Email Service

I like OptiPub because it's intuitive and an AI-first platform, which makes communicating with customers simple and effective without breaking the bank. I can do all my planning, scheduling, and email management from both a content and marketing perspective using AI to programmatically build out and implement plans. Plus, the initial setup of OptiPub was easy, which is great because building an email file can be a pain, but having an email service provider that makes it easy to use is just nice.

Streamlined Email Marketing with Excellent Support

I really appreciate how OptiPub serves as our go-to CRM, keeping all our customer data in one place and making it easy to send offers via email. The process of creating and sending emails is streamlined and straightforward, saving us time and solving issues we had with other CRMs. The customer support from Kyle and his team is top-notch; Kyle was great in walking us through the setup, staying on top of our warm-up plan, and helping us get started quickly with minimal hassle. His advice on email warm-up was especially appreciated and was very helpful for us.
