"Intuitive AI Email Service"
What do you like best about OptiPub?

I like OptiPub because it's intuitive and an AI-first platform, which makes communicating with customers simple and effective without breaking the bank. I can do all my planning, scheduling, and email management from both a content and marketing perspective using AI to programmatically build out and implement plans. Plus, the initial setup of OptiPub was easy, which is great because building an email file can be a pain, but having an email service provider that makes it easy to use is just nice. What do you dislike about OptiPub?

I think the biggest thing just comes down to once an email is scheduled, you can't edit it. Now on one hand, I appreciate that. Because there's nothing worse than having something scheduled, someone goes in, edits it, and then makes a mistake. But when you want to make one small change, when you have a tweak, and you have to recreate the email... That can be a less desirable process, but I think that it's an exchange. You don't have to worry about one thing, but you give up the convenience of the other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
